HEATING OF THE FRONT SCREEN

When closed the front screen sits on a heated

rail and radiates warmth to the front living area.

The thermal effect resulting from the aluminium

screen conducts the heat upwards and ensures

comfortable temperatures and wellbeing.

In the complete Concorde series the

bonded joints between two components

are screwed and glued together resulting

in a durable elastic sealing.

UNDERRIDE PROTECTION AND CRASH ELEMENT

The models Carver and Charisma have a massive crash bumper which

protects the radiator as well as the engine with the ancillary components in

the event of an accident and therewith the exchange of the complete front

mask is not necessary. The underride protection with crash bumper increases

the passive safety in order to contribute to the well-being of the passenger.

THERMAL BREAK FLAP FRAMES

- Frames with thermal break through Polyurethane intermediate store.

- Special Concorde hinges enable a complete opening of the fl aps.

- The double impermeability prohibits a “freeze on” through the

generation of condenser water.

- Anodized alu profi le to avoid contact corrosion.

JOHN GUEST HOUSEHOLD PIPING

A water system similar to home. With pre-fi lter and high water pressure.

The advantages are obvious: no cross-sectional tapering and reduction

of fl ow rate through ramifi cation. No pressure loss as is experienced

with fl exible tubing. The smooth interior walls reduce sediment lodge-

ment and therefore a cleaner water hygiene. A clean matter.

DOUBLE FLOOR STORAGE

The heated double fl oor with an enormous

inside height of 470 mm offers spacious

storage and is accessible through the large

and for 180° rotatable storage fl aps.

600 W SINUS INVERTER

The Sinus inverter supplies small consumers such as battery chargers and

respirator steadily with electricity. The main priority circuit effectuates

the automatic switchover of the inverter voltage to the charge current.

The inverter switches off and the leisure battery is not charged unneces-

sarily, when the motorhome receives electricity from the outside.

THE BATHROOM CONCEPT

The bathroom concept in the Carver models combines the advantages of the

standard bathroom with those of the premium bathroom. Two doors for higher

discretion - one separates the bathroom from the bedroom area whilst the

second separates either the toilet room or the living room area from the bath-

room. A second wardrobe in the bathroom offers storage during longer holidays.

TWO-ZONE-UNDERFLOOR

HEATING

For a cosy feeling: Two separately adjus-

table underfl oor heating’s enable to heat

up the living room and the bathroom fl oor

separately.

TOWEL RADIATOR IN BATHROOM

The towel radiator provides a cuddly

warmness in the bathroom and a

preheated towel. In combination with the

underfl oor heating, the bathroom is going

to be a comfortable, feel good place.

INNOVATIVE WINDSCREEN

The double glazed windscreen with innovative sheet interlayer enables

a high absorption of the solar radiation. Reduction for about 51% TSHT.

This peak value is composed of refl ection and absorption of the solar

radiation and enables obvious less generation of heat in the driver’s cab

and thereby more comfortable driving is guaranteed.

12 V ON-BOARD ELECTRONICS

The 12 V system as an innovative BUS system is equipped with numerous

adjustment features which increase the operating comfort and the

application spectrum. The battery monitor measures the capacity of the

battery taking into account use and charge of same. The “battery content

indicator” shows the real level of the battery in percent.

CARRYING CONSTRUCTION

Two Alu frame in the double fl oor provide a stable “cellar construction”

by connecting the helping frame with the living room fl oor and a solid

box is created. Furniture and wall construction should be connected

permanently with each other.

STABLE THING

When using the coach wiper system

we fi t the motor and mechanical parts to

The Concorde Spaceframe is optimized after the physical procedure FEM

(Finite Element Method) concerning stability and weight and therefore

50 % of weight is saved compared with the original driver’s cab. The

zincked frame guarantees also with long use a maximum of safety.

GLOSSY APPEARANCE

The elegant Seitz S5 windows reduce the solar irradiation and the

warming of the living room. Their smooth outside is fi tted with slight

gaps into the proven PU frame and is integrated harmoniously into the

coherent outside design. Furthermore they shine with their ideal insula-

tion value.

LIVING ROOM

RAISED FLOOR

In motorhome construction, Concorde stands for perfect insulation and outstanding

stability. This is primarily down to the lack of thermal loss, completely sealed Solidtherm

cabin construction with polyurethane rigid foam ledges as well as the insulation of the side

walls with 38 millimetre strong RTM foam.

And as if that was not enough: Also the under and in-between fl oors are fi nished in a

sandwich type construction and fi lled with a total of 70 millimetres of insulation. The

exterior side skirt panels, bumpers as well as front and rear masks are formed from highly

stable and nonetheless elastic fi berglass composite materials.

The high gloss and fl ush wall surfaces are made from aluminium sandwich construction.

Aluminium roof profi le ledges with rainwater drainage channels to reduce sidewall staining.

We give a 10-year water ingress warranty on the body against ingress of moisture from

the outside in combination with annual inspection plan in accordance with the Concorde

warranty conditions.

In motorhome construction, Concorde stands for perfect insulation and outstanding

stability. This is primarily down to the lack of thermal loss, completely sealed Solidtherm

cabin construction with polyurethane rigid foam ledges as well as the insulation of the side

walls with 38 millimetre strong RTM foam.

And as if that was not enough: Also the under and in-between fl oors are fi nished in a

sandwich type construction and fi lled with a total of 70 millimetres of insulation. The

exterior side skirt panels, bumpers as well as front and rear masks are formed from highly

stable and nonetheless elastic fi berglass composite materials.

The high gloss and fl ush wall surfaces are made from aluminium sandwich construction.

Aluminium roof profi le ledges with rainwater drainage channels to reduce sidewall staining.

We give a 10-year water ingress warranty on the body against ingress of moisture from

the outside in combination with annual inspection plan in accordance with the Concorde

warranty conditions.
