CHIMO MINE PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Mineral Resource Estimate

➢ Indicated resources of 6,616,000 tonnes at an average grade of 3.21 g/t Au for a total of 684,000 ounces of gold, and

➢ Inferred resources of 15,240,000 tonnes at an average grade of 2.77 g/t Au for a total of 1,358,000 ounces of gold.

Industrial sorting test work on mineralized material

➢Tests produced a concentrate representing by mass +50 % of the original mass of the material with a percentage increase of 170 % of the gold content compared to the feed of the sorter;

Internal engineering studies

➢ Internal engineering study on optimal development and mining scenarios is nearly complete. The designs aim to minimize costs while recovering as many ounces as possible from the property's three gold corridors

➢ In parallel, preliminary and internal technical-economic scenarios are being used to analyze the impact of results on the existing mining infrastructure of various potential partners
