Veeder Root/Red Jacket Specialist for the Western USA. Responsible for support of ASCs in the West and to interface with CARB for the certification of new products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment modifications, new systems and related technical information to provide a high level of customer support and Engineering support. Maintain effective communications with customers, Engineering, Marketing and Field team members. Understand individual support and response requirements focused primarily on new products and advanced product lines. Allocate personnel and technical resources to ensure adequate and timely response to customer to support the local ASM. Apple – Increased sales at Apple by over 25% year to year. Dominated the design-in of Power and Power Management devices on all platforms (worth $5 -$10M). Regained National’s #1 Audio position at Apple ($5M). Introduced and started projects using National’s Internet Appliance (IA) platform (x86). Increased amplifier market share from to 40% in one year. Penetrated Apple’s commodity components that monitoring PC systems to the point that National will have 100%

Sun – Introduced and was successful in having prototypes built using National’s Gigabit networking solutions. Introduced National’s power, power management, and high speed interconnect products to appropriate engineering departments.
