WELCOME TO OUR NEW AMERICORPS/VISTA FOR SPARKS, WASHOE COUNTY:
GABRIELA BREAZALE Gabi, as we call her,
majored in Sociology with a M i n o r i n S p a n - ish and obtained a Liberal Arts Bachelor’s degree from UNR. Gabi has had multiple experiences in areas such as customer service, banking and fund- raising. References say she works well with a team — exactly what our pro-gram needs.
Gabi is anxious and ex-cited to start her Vista work with ESL. In fact, she is s o w i l l i n g t h a t e v e n before her actual accep-tance to AmeriCorps which took place April 22, she volunteered to help our Washoe County Vista with soliciting do- nations, etc. for the program’s Award Ceremony held April 27. She did good!

low to moderate income, to become more pro-
ductive members of their local communities by
providing them with the language and cultural
skills necessary for life in America.
