The BMS Carry-Viewer™ III (CVIII) is a COFDM digital hand held portable microwave receiver with two-way diversity for law enforcement, public safety, homeland security, and Unmanned Vehicle Remote Video Terminal (RVT) applications. The CVIII shows live video downlinked from an aircraft, UAV/UGV, or wireless cameras using digital COFDM technology. This hand held receiver employs a 6.5” high resolution, LCD color monitor and an intuitive on-screen menu structure for easy operation.
Video record and playback is optionally available. A unique Geo-Point™ option uses metadata from the video source and displays the bearing and distance to the location shown on the screen, all in real time! (Geo-Point™ requires compatible transmitter.)
The Carry-Viewer III can be ordered with a variety of options and accessories including antennas, extra batteries and charger, AC or DC adapter, and hard-shell case.
