Carrot Soufflé
INGREDIENTS
• 2 pounds carrots, chopped• 1/2 cup melted butter NOT margarine• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour• 1 teaspoon baking powder• 1 teaspoon vanilla etract• ! tsp" cinnamon• 3 eggs, beaten
DIRECTIONS
1" #reheat oven to 3$% degrees & '1($ degrees )*"2" +ring a large pot of salted water to a boil" dd carrots and cook until tender, about
1$ minutes" rain and mash" To the carrots add melted butter, white sugar, flour,baking powder, vanilla etract and eggs" .i well and transfer to a 2 uartcasserole dish"
3" +ake in preheated oven for 3% minutes"
