Caroma guarantees its product for a period of 2 years (24 months) as follows:

1. Caroma Industries products are covered by warranty for materials and workmanship only (subject to any province or state laws). Caroma shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or inconvenience of any kind incurred, sustained, or suffered by any purchaser as a result of any defect or default in the Caroma product to which this warranty relates. In particular (but not as to affect the generality of the foregoing), Caroma shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience arising from:

a. the faulty installation of this Caroma product;

b. the combination, integration, or operation of this Caroma product with product not manufactured by Caroma, for the purpose of forming a w.c. suite;

c. where goods are used or adapted for a purpose for which they are not designed.

2. Caroma shall not be liable to replace any defective or faulty goods pursuant to Clause 1 of this warranty unless the purchaser proves to the satisfaction of Caroma that the goods were defective or faulty at the time when delivery was taken of them. Proof of purchase will be required prior to inspection.

3. No warranty condition, description or representation on the part of Caroma is given or implied by this After Sales and Service Information Sheet and any warranty condition description or representation as the state of quality or fitness for any purpose of the goods, whether expressed or implied by virtue, is hereby expressly excluded.

4. Statutory rights may vary from state to state or from province to province, in which case this warranty will not affect such statutory rights.

5. Should service be required, it is requested that a claim be made through the dealer or contractor from where the product was purchased.

A modern concept close coupled 1.6/0.8 gpf (6/3 l) Adelaide Cube 270 dual fl ush toilet featuring unique two button activation providing substantial water saving compared to standard toilets. Adjustable rough-in and smooth rounded contours for easy cleaning. The closet bowl has been designed with rough-in of 10" (255mm) to 12" (305mm) provided by plastic offset outlet connector option. The tank incorporates the high performance outlet valve which has been specially developed with the Adelaide Cube 270 bowl to ensure optimum reliable fl ushing performance. Due to the substantial water saving benefi ts achieved by the 1.6/0.8 gpf (6/3 l) dual fl ush system the toilet is suitable for multi-purpose applications where water conservation is important.

Closet Bowl: Adelaide Cube 270 1.6/0.8 gpf (6/3 l) full fl ush washdown closet bowl with open fl ushing rim.

Outlet: Floor mounted suitable for connection to waste outlet with offset plastic outlet connector for 10" (255mm) to 12" (305mm) rough-in.

Tank: Adelaide Cube Tank – has a free fi tting lid and is suitable for domestic and light commercial applications. Vandal Resistant Conversion Kit – A simple to install conversion is available for the standard mechanism to lock lid onto the tank, recommended for use in heavy duty commercial areas. Code No. 413276.

A modern concept close coupled washdown 1.28/0.8 gpf (4.8/3 l) Sydney Smart 305 dual fl ush high effi ciency toilet (HET) featuring unique two button activation providing substantial water saving compared to other HET or standard toilets and smooth rounded contours for easy cleaning. The closet bowl has been designed with a 12" (305mm) outlet rough-in. The tank incorporates a high performance outlet valve which has been specially developed with the 305 Round Front Plus bowl to ensure optimum fl ushing performance. Due to the substantial water saving benefi ts achieved by the 1.28/0.8 gpf (4.8/3 l) dual fl ush system, the toilet is suitable for multi-purpose applications where water conservation is important.

Tank: Sydney Smart Tank – has a free fi tting lid and is suitable for domestic and light commercial applications. A minimalist geometric designed semi-recessed vanity lavatory. The Brisbane Semi-Recessed has been designed to coordinate with other products in the Brisbane range. The lavatory is suitable for general purpose domestic and commercial applications. The lavatory is sealed to the countertop with an approved acetic cured silicon caulking.

Faucet Holes: The lavatory is available in one faucet hole Code No. 851518W and three faucet hole Code No. 851538.

Drain Outlet: Drain outlets use 11/4" (32mm) diameter drain outlet assemblies.

Bowl Capacity: 0.66 gal (2.5 l) to overfl ow.


Overflow: Rear overflow.

Fixing: D.250 Bracket with Tie Hooks: Supplied. Recommended for domestic and general commercial use. Two D.250 brackets are fixed to the underside of the counter top to secure the tie hooks which anchor the back of the lavatory to the counter top. The lavatory must be sealed to the top and front surface of the counter with an approved acetic cured silicon caulking. Epoxy type glues must not be used. The lavatory is supplied with a template which must be used for the countertop cut-out. Important: For granite or marble tops, fi x two 1" (20mm) thick wooden blocks in the bracket position on the underside of the granite/marble with fast setting two part epoxy. When fully set screw the brackets into position on the wooden blocks. Other suitable fastening systems may be used.

Faucet Holes: Available in no faucet hole Code No. 664208. The lavatory is intended for use with counter top or wall mounted tapware.


Installation: The Liano Under Counter is suitable for installation under polyester, marble, natural stone, or other suitable impervious materials.

Bowl Capacity: 2.9 gal (9 l) to overflow.



Fixing: Aluminium Clip Bracket Code No. 813734 supplied as standard for fixing lavatory to marble or granite countertops. Alloy Bracket Code No. 811326 (not supplied) is available as an option for fixing lavatory to wooden counter tops. Four brackets are supplied with each lavatory and must be fixed to the underside of the countertop with appropriate fasteners. The rim of the lavatories must be sealed to the countertop with an approved acetic cured silicon caulking. Epoxy type glues must not be used.The lavatory is supplied with a template which must be used for the countertop cut-out.

The Adelaide wall lavatory is crafted from high density vitreous china. It is a modern lavatory design with a European influence. The lavatory features a round bowl with smooth lines for easy cleaning. The wall lavatory can be fitted with a matching shroud to conceal the pipe work or a matching pedestal.

Faucet Holes: Lavatory available in one faucet – centre option Code No. 861818 and three faucet 8" option Code No. 861838.


Pedestal: Adelaide Pedestal, Code No. 812168. Accurate setout and use of recommended traps is essential for optimum installation. S-trap – 40mm standard Caroma plastic traps.

Shroud: Adelaide Shroud, Code No. 812158. Completely conceals P-trap waste pipe fittings. Use D.210 fixing clip suitable with D.200 Lavatory Fixing Kit and 40mm Caroma plastic P-trap Code No. 102115. Note: It is essential for the installation of the shroud to the lavatory that clearance is provided for the shroud in the plumbing setout from water inlet pipes and connections.

A contemporary design fully integrated box rim, wall mounted urinal operating with a ultra low flush of 0.13 gpf (0.5 liter). The system incorporates a fully automatic electronic smart demand ‘Urine Sensing’ urinal suite featuring hands-free operation to give a combination of superior features in optimum user hygiene, water saving and vandal resistance. Cube3 Ultra combines the new smart demand flushing system with the Cube3 Ultra urinal ensuring optimal operational standards and efficiency. Flush Control Mechanism:

Smart demand ‘Urine Sensing’ operation with an integrated smart logic system, detects user and determines flush mode accordingly. The flush duration is adjustable to allow for the accurate determination of flush volume at varying pressures.Stadium operation: 5 or more uses within a time period of three minutes = 1 flush/minute. Automatically reverts to normal usage at non-peak periods.

A modern design wall mounted urinal providing superior waterless technology for optimum water effi ciency. The Caroma H2Zero™ waterless urinal has been designed to utilize unique cartridge technology. The patented cartridge incorporates a Bio Seal™ that opens during usage and self seals immediately after use allowing for discharge into a 2" liquid seal trap. A replaceable Bio Fresh deodorizing block maintains the aesthetics of the urinal bowl by assisting in the dissipation of uric salts and releasing a pleasant fragrance. The urinal incorporates concealed plumbing connections and easy to clean surfaces for minimum low cost maintenance. The metal grate is vandal resistant and a specially designed tool is used for the touch-free replacement of the Bio Seal and Bio Fresh deodorizing block.

Trap: The unique one way Bio Seal opens with usage and self seals immediately allowing for discharge into a 2" liquid seal trap.
