Start

When you start the app for the first time, you must activate the app with the star. (Important only at the first start!)

Select your model

The status is displayed on the main page. It contains all necessary functions, which must be executed for reading and

tuning. Now simply click on "Model: not selected"

If you are already registered, you can now login by e-mail address (=user name) and password.

If you forgot the password or want to change it, you can restore/change it by clicking on forgot password (“Kennwort

vergessen”)

Register a new user

If a user account has not yet been created, this can be done free of charge, hit the register.

Each user gets an ID (user name) to log in. The desired tuning tickets can be ordered at any time.

Connection….

It must be ensured that the ignition of the vehicle is turned on (but engine off!) and that the mobile phone has USB OTG

+ the tuning cable is connected to the mobile phone as well as to the vehicle.

All important data are read out and then displayed directly.

Redeem a bought tuning ticket

Buying a Tunings (Tuning Tickets):

For the actual tuning you need to purchase a tuning ticket. By purchasing the actual ticket you have the possibility to

choose a selected vehicle model (for example 330d with 231HP) and the corresponding options (see offer by email).

This ticket can be redeemed in the app and is tied to the vehicle read with the app (single license per car). After the

redemption we need up to a working day to create an individual tuning for the vehicle. Once the tuning is done, this is

ready for writing with the app and you get a reminder e-mail.

All details about the purchase of the ticket you get after the request (possible Tunings request button, with the model

selection). Here you can see all prices and the detailed how to.

Redeem the tuning ticket:

If you own a valid tuning ticket (which you can buy via e-mail after the tuning request), you can now redeem the ticket,

which requires several steps:

Open the menu -> My Tunings:

Now please go to the menu-> My tunings to see the tickets – in this example “update” has not been clicked yet.

Click on "Update". All purchased tickets will be shown

Reading the current map

The readout of the map can take several minutes, however, you do not need mobile data (aka Internet)

The current map has now been read out and saved in the app. Only the last read-out map is stored as the "current"

characteristic.

Redeem your ticket

Now in "My Tunings" after the update,

click on "redeem now" to redeem the ticket and request the tuned map for the current one.

This is displayed after the user has clicked on "redeem now". Now the read map file is sent to our tuning experts for

editing. The app also indicates that the selected tuning is in progress.

The processing of a tuning normally takes one work day.

The map page in "My Tunings" is currently empty - but will show all the finished charts (the original read as a backup and

also the tuned map).

As soon as the tuning has been finished, an email will be sent, so you will be informed immediately if the tuning is ready

to write.

The app shows: the ticket has been cashed - as long as you have not received the email from our tuning experts yet.

Please allow our tuning experts up to one working day for the tuning to be finished. We will inform you by email.

Once the tuning is finished and uploaded to the server, you can see the tuning in the app/maps (do not forget to click

update) and the map can now be written. The original map (before the tuning) and the tuned map are available for

writing.

By clicking on "update", the tuned map is fetched from the server and stored in the app.

The app shows the original and the tuned map.

You can now either write the original backup or the tuned map into the cars map anytime you wish. An Internet

connection is required.

Writing the map

The original or tuned map has been successfully written into the car/electronic control unit (ECU). The operation can be

performed as often as you want. Writing to another vehicle requires a new tuning license.

Your car may need some time to get adjusted to the new map. Also there may be some errors in the vehicle after tuning.

These errors can be cleared with a diagnosis after tuning (e.g., with the Carly for BMW Pro App).
