Ted was an active and enthusiastic member of both the History depart- ment and the Carleton swim team until 2006. All money raised by the event supports sarcoma research at the University of Chicago. Ted’s parents, Mary Henry and Rick Mullin, came out to support the teams as they swam continuously for an hour. President Pozkanzer also made an appearance to blow the ceremonial air horn, signifying when the first twenty minutes were completed.
