GOH contacts HO with notification that a pt is being transported to Carle.

HO contacts admissions to obtain MR# and admit pt to OR

HO notifies security of patient expected arrival time. HO documents pt info into death log form.

Patient is signed in through security.

HO notifies OR Manager of GOH case.

GOH contacts OR staff to schedule procurement time.

GOH notifies HO when procurement is complete.

GOH arranges pt removal with funeral home.

HO documents pt info into death log form.

Pt is signed out and body is released to Funeral Home.
