CARJACKING, KIDNAPPING,AND ATH ROBBERY

DETAILSOn 31 January 2020, an unknown male carjacked a vehicle in the Santurce area of San Juan. He then took the victim at gunpoint and forcedthe victim to withdraw money from an ATH in Río Hondo, Bayamón, Puerto Rico.
