Oral Health in pregnancy tips:Morning sickness?• Do not brush your teeth immediately after being sick as this

can damage your teeth• Wash your mouth out with water and brush an hour later

Dry Mouth?• Do not drink sweet and fizzy drinks (including diet,

zero & sugar free) as this can damage your teeth• Drink plenty of water throughout the day

Bleeding gums?• Brush twice a day, for at least two minutes each time• Floss every day• See your dentist
