Hier – direkt an der Schnittstelle Luft-Land-See –sind alle relevanten Partner des Logistiksystems unter einem Dach vereint: Luftfrachtspediteure, Airlines, das Zollamt und der Cargo-Bereich. Diese enge Verzahnung garantiert Kunden eine schnelle Abfertigung von Import- und Exportfracht.

Seit mehr als 30 Jahren wickelt die Flughafen Bremen GmbH weltweite Luftfrachtsendungen ab. Dabei agiert der Cargo-Bereich als Handling-Agent für Airlines und Speditionen. Je nach Auftrag bringt er ihre Fracht direkt ans Ziel oder zu einem der Luftfracht-Hubs, der sie in alle Welt verteilt. Die Güter werden bei Linienflügen zugeladen oder verlassen Bremen per Linien-Lkw. Für zeitkritische Fracht fertigen die Cargo-Mitarbeiter auch Ad-hoc-Charter ab.

Flughafen Bremen gmbh has been handling world- wide air freight shipments for more than 30 years now. The cargo Division acts as the handling agentfor airlines and freight forwarding companies. Depending on the order, it gets your freight directly to the destination or to one of the air freight hubs that then distributes it all over the world. The goods are shipped on scheduled flights or leave Bremen via scheduled truck service. if time is of the essence, the cargo staff also provides ad hoc charter services.
