Every semester, the Careers Service publishes a program of events featuring cross-faculty offers, with the aim to strengthen transferable skills. It provides an overview in condensed form of all extracurricular events at Leuphana dealing with vocational guidance and career planning.

You can become pro-active yourself and fi nd the latest offers and bring yourself to the attention of attractive companies – with your CV in the CV database. Whether you are looking for a place to start a career or a student job, whether your search is for an internship placement or a possibility to write your thesis in a company – Jobs & Praktika aktuell will help you fi nd what you want, thanks to its many search functions.
As a non-registered user you have access to all the job offers and the profi les of registered employers. As a registered user you have the added advantage of being able to save your search requests and receive an automatic e-mail notifi cation when a suitable offer crops up.
You also have the opportunity to register in the applicant database with your short profi le and your resume, which will make it more likely that your anonymous profi le will be discovered by interested employers.
FOR YOUR CAREER, the job-seekers fairOn the job fair FOR YOUR CAREER, high-value employers recruiting for various sizes and industries are present. In a casual tour of the Auditorium Foyer, you can view the stands of the individual job-entering opportunities offered by the employer you wish to work for; you can impress them there and then in a fi rst personal meeting and clarify important questions regarding the application process. The offers for students and alumni are manifold: Seek advice from the exhibitors about the offers for an internship, thesis, part-time job, traineeship or starting your career in their company.
The FOR YOUR CAREER job-seekers fair takes place annually in May.
Recruiting DinnerThe Careers Service at Leuphana have launched a Recruiting Dinner, an event which will allow you to expand your professional network. While enjoying a high-quality 3-course meal in a relaxed atmosphere, you will become acquainted with attractive company recruiters and discuss career opportunities. After each course, table partners are changed. Every year, the fi eld of activity is on the menu, for which attending potential employers offer job or internship placements.
The recruiting dinner is held annually in November.
