1. Career Fair Plus will ask you to select an organization. Select Northern Kentucky University.

Note: If you allow the App access to your location, it will suggest universities in close proximity to your

physical location. If you scroll past this list, you will see a alphabetical listing of schools/organizations.

2. Next, choose a fair.

You can only view one fair at a time,but can easily change between events to look at each employer list.

Note: If you would like to try out the system and how to sign up for appointments, select the “Test” Fall

Virtual Fair.

3. Select Employers at the bottomof the page to see the employersattending the fair.

4. Scroll to see all the employers attending the event.

5. Click an employer’s name to:• Learn about the organization• See the positions they have open• Sign-up for a appointment with

them

5. To schedule an appointment with an employer, select Meetings.

Please note: The window for scheduling appointments opens two weeks before the fair. Before that time you will receive the message on this screen.

Below you will see the dates and time you can begin scheduling appointments

for each fair.

6. Click the arrow to see all open times on the employer’s schedule.

7. Scroll to the left to see all of the open times. Tap the time you would like to select.

8. Select Yes to confirm your appointment time.

8. A confirmation for your time will be displayed on the screen.

9. Use the arrow to go back to the employer list and continue booking appointments with employers with whom you would like to meet.

10. Click Meetings to see a complete list of the appointments you have booked.

On the day of the fair, you can access your meetings from this page or by

using the links that will be emailed toyou the day before the fair.

11. To update your profile, click Meetings and then Profile.

12. On this page you can updateyour profile and upload yourresume.

13. To change fairs, select Event Info, then Change Events, and then select the fair you wouldlike to review.
