Mass Internet Connect

The Massachusetts Broadband Institute at the Massachusetts TechnologyCollaborative (“MBI”) has launched a program for Massachusetts residents.

It provides subsidized internet access and/or an internet accessible device toeligible unemployed participants, and may assist in connecting job seekerswith the tools, services and internet connections necessary to “get back towork”.

Please contact Masshire Career Center at 978-722-7000 to see if you areeligible for this program.

The Mandatory A/CAP goals for RESEA consist of:

• Attend a Career Center Activity prior to RESEA Review • Conducting labor market research on your primary occupation• Registering in the State Job Bank (Job Quest)• Presenting work search logs for review (for each week of

benefits you have requested).• Presenting your current resume• Participating in a RESEA Review of your goals and present all

required documentation• Participating in a follow-up meeting or Career Center activity
