Career and Workforce PreparationCertificate of Completion

The Certificate of Completion in Food Service Manager prepares stu-dents for employment in commercial and institutional food kitchens, especially in the restaurant industry, by providing knowledge and skills in food safety and management, facilities management, and food service administration.

Upon successful completion of the requirements for this certificate, students will be able to apply the concepts of food service admin-istration in commercial and institutional kitchens.
