• Story board reviewed by group of Canadian clinicians today. 5 MDs, 3 RNs, 1 Pharmacist, 1 Physiotherapist
• Next Steps Andre to update and distribute to the list next week and post on the wiki. Review storyboard
o Clinically correct? Complete definitions and examples in Table 2. Continued review in Canadian provinces scheduled for over the next few
weeks. Laura and Stephen will send out to their respective countries for review
once posted on the HL7 Care plan initiative wiki site.

Stephen to update and distribute to the list next week and post on the wiki. Update actor names to match HL7 list of actor names Consider and provide suggestion(s) on how the differences between
ancillary care givers can be highlighted. Call out where post condition summaries are sent to other ancillary
caregivers and not just the primary care provider. Other team members of this initiative to review the storyboard and provide
feedback. Need to call out references to data/information created/reviewed
throughout scenario and incorporate into an appendix “B” with concepts, definitions and examples.
