Cardless ATM Withdrawal Service Demonstration BEA customer sets a withdrawal instruction through Cyberbanking: Internet Banking

1. Log in to Internet

Banking.

2. Select “Payments > Cardless ATM Withdrawal”.

3. Enter recipient’s HK

mobile phone no., select payer’s withdrawal account, withdrawal amount (HKD), and set a passcode. The payer should share the passcode with the recipient personally. Save a template for future use in Mobile Banking through the BEA App.

4. Confirm the instruction details.

5. Withdrawal instruction

is initiated.

6. Select “Payments >

Cardless ATM Withdrawal > Enquiry” to see the instruction status.

Mobile Banking

1. Log in to Mobile

Banking through the BEA App and select “Cardless ATM Withdrawal”.

2. Select the template preset in Internet Banking, verify instruction details, and confirm.

Recipient withdraws cash at a BEA ATM:

1. Press any key on the

keyboard of BEA ATM for a cardless transaction.

2. Select “Cardless ATM Withdrawal”.

3. BEA will send an SMS

containing the withdrawal code to the recipient’s mobile phone. Enter the withdrawal code.

4. Then enter the passcode shared by the payer.

5. Confirm the

transaction.

6. BEA will send an SMS containing the one-time password to the recipient’s mobile phone. Enter the one-time password.

7. Withdraw the

designated amount.
