STRENGTH/STABILITY A stability ball can change your life. Build muscle, stabilize your core, and feel more balanced for everyday activities. Osteopathic exercises for stretching and strengthening the spine and joints of the body. During a class, you may practice ELDOAs for each spinal segment as well as your shoulders, hips, ribs and skull. The program's benefits include: greater joint movement, reduced pain, enhanced everyday well- being, better posture and increased muscle tone. CARDIO SCULPT The best of both worlds! A combination of cardio and weight training. Keeps your heart rate up, sculpts your body and improves endurance. H.I.I.T (FUSION BLAST) High Intensity Interval Training is a total body workout. Short, Intense, Rewarding. A fun, high-intensity cycle class. The first 45 minutes are dedicated to pure spin, incorporating intervals, climbs and sprints. The final 15 minutes are core- specific work focusing on the abs and lower back region. ZUMBA A fun-filled dance-packed workout! Fusion of Latin, International and popular music.
