The MCS CA 530, and the MCS CA 1030 are card attaching systems designed for attaching plastic or paper cards to carriers at high speeds. These systems are designed for ease of use, flexibility, and precise placement of cards.

Modular EngineeringBoth the CA 530 and the CA 1030 are designed for mounting an almost unlimited number of combinations of feeders, sensors, gluers, cameras and inkjet configurations. Both models are designed to go in line with almost any carrier feeder including friction, shuttle and even pile feeders.

Carrier Feeders OptionsIJ Friction Feeder – ideal for folded paper of heavy stocks, up to 12” wide FeedMax Friction Feeder – Used to decrease labor, includes a six foot material conveyor, ideal for folded paper of heavy stocks, up to 12” wide Pile Feeder – Designed for sheets of unfolded paper up to 20” wide by 30” long.

Base TransportMCS offers two platforms for base transport, the MCS 530, and the MCS 1030 bases. The 530 base is design for traditional folded paper and self-mailers of heavy weight. The 1030 base is designed for wider applications including press size sheets up to 20”X30”.
