The AT127 model is a Boring Machine with travellingcolumn, which is equipped with two independent units:• a common unit for all versions, consisting of a boring head and acolumn, which has two controlled independent longitudinal motions• a cross travel unit, which is located in right-angle position to the first unit, equippedwith a rotary table.The machine structures are made of Italian cast-iron and have been subject to a stress relieving treatment.The system utilizes modern electronical technologies so to ensure long lifetime and high reliability of themechanical and electronical system, as well as an extremely high precision.Furthermore, there is the possibility to equip the machine with an automatic tool-changer and a pallet-chan-ger. The wide range of special accessories increase the flexibility and versatility of the machine for all requi-rements of the customers and permits to use the AT127 also for millings and finishings. The AT127 model, as all our machine models, is built observing the European Machine Directive.

L’ AT127 e’ una alesatrice a montante mobile caratterizzata da due gruppi indipendenti: • un gruppo comune a tutte le versioni composto dalla testa ad alesare e dal montanteavente due movimenti longitudinali indipendenti e controllati;• un gruppo trasversale, ortogonale al primo dotato di una tavola girevole.Le strutture della macchina in ghisa nazionale, stabilizzata attraverso un trattamento anti-tensionale e l’utilizzo delle piu’ avanzate tecnologie elettroniche garantiscono una lungavita produttiva e un’ elevata affidabilita’ meccanica ed elettronica, nonché caratteristichedi estrema precisione.Infine la possibilita’ di ampliare le funzionalita’ della

Das Modell AT127 ist ein Bohrwerk mitVerfahrständer, das aus zwei unabhängigenBaugruppen besteht: • eine gemeinsame Baugruppe bei allen Versionen,bestehend aus einem Bohrkopf und einem Ständer,

der über zwei unabhängige gesteuerte Längsbewegungen verfügt; • eine Quereinheit, rechtwinklig zur ersten Gruppe, die mit Drehtisch ausgestattet ist. DieMaschinenstrukturen sind aus italienischen-Guß hergestellt und wurden einerEntspannungsbehandlung unterzogen. Es werden die fortschrittlichsten elektronischen Technologienverwendet, wodurch lange Lebensdauer und hohe Zuverlässigkeit bei Mechanik und Elektroniksowie auch eine äusserste Genauigkeit erreicht werden. Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, dieMaschine durch einen automatischen Werkzeugwechsler und einen Palettenwechsler aufzurüsten.Der weite Bereich an Sonderzubehörteilen steigert die Flexibilität und Vielseitigkeit der Maschinebei allen betrieblichen Anforderungen und erlaubt es, die AT127 auch für Fräsen- undFertigbearbeitungen zu verwenden.Das Modell AT127, wie alle unsere Maschinenmodelle, wird unter Einhaltung der europäischenMaschinen-Richtlinie gebaut.

La AT127 est une aléseuse à montant mobile caractérisée par deux groupes indépendants: • un groupe commun à toutes les versions, qui comprend bêlier et montant, ayant deux mouvementslongitudinaux indépendants et contrôlés;• un groupe transversal, perpendiculaire au premier, avec table tournante.Les structures de la machine sont en fonte italienne, stabilisée par un traitement de détente.L’utilisation de la technologie électronique la plus évoluée assure une productivitée durable et unegrande fiabilité mécanique et électronique, ainsi que les caractéristiques d’une extrème précision.Il y a la possibilité d’automatiser les fonctions de la machine en ajoutant le changeur d’outils auto-matique, le changeur de pallettes et avec le support des nombreux accessoires que l’on peut montercela permet à la machine une universalité et une flexibilitépour chaque exigence de production.La AT127 permet d’être utilisée pour des travaux de fraisageet finissage. La AT127, comme tous nos produits, est confor-me aux Directive Machine.
