PREPARATION:
1. Make the dressing. In a food processor, combine the tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar,garlic,Dijonmustard,freshbasil,salt,andpepper.
2. Using a serrated knife, slice the beefsteak tomatoes in rounds and the cherrytomatoesinhalf.
3. Transferthetomatoestoalarge,wideplatter,anddrizzlewiththedressing.Slicetheburrataandplacearoundthetomatoes.Scattertheherbsontopofthetomatoesandburrata.
4. Finishthesaladwithanotherdrizzleofoliveoilandsprinkleofsalt.5. Serveimmediately.
