PURPOSE: The south tee will be excavated and space will be added to the top tee, which will nearly double the size of the south tee to to comfortably accommodate our membership needs.

The removal of the lower tee will also allow more distance between the south and north tees to accomodate the use of golf clubs’ modern technology and the north tee usage.

SCOPE: Six weeks of excavation, irrigation install; six weeks of growth.

The small putting green (currently located behind the cart path of the driving range tee) will be removed to allow us to expand the tee to these specifications.

The overall south tee will nearly double from 35,000 sq. ft. to 68,000 sq. ft. The distance to the front edge of the north tee will also be expanded from 260 yds. to 280 yds., with 320 yds. from the back of new south tee.

PURPOSE: The chipping green (adjacent to the driving range’s south tee) will be reconfigured to accurately replicate the structure of our current greens, allowing players to practice various shot scenarios found on the golf course.

SCOPE: Six weeks of excavation, irrigation install; six weeks of growth.

The chipping green, which currently sits at 7,000 sq. ft., will expand to 11,000 sq. ft.

The green will be contoured to mimic #1 and #16 greens. The recontouring will enable players to see the shot roll out, as they currently are unable to, due to the severe undulations within the green.
