LtG Introduction Dear Volunteers, I hope your semester is going amazingly! I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for the amazing service that you did this year. With all of our efforts combined, we accomplished over 2,985 hours of service—the most out of any division! That is an amazing accomplishment and I hope you are all very proud. As we move on in the service year, let’s strive to accomplish even more service and help even more people. Whether you are volunteering at the Capital City Rescue Mission, Joseph’s House, or the Queens Galley Soup Kitchen, you have an unlimited ability to improve the lives of the people around you. With our collective effort we can make the spring semester the semester of service, and helping more people and institutions in our communities. Lastly, I would like to thank you for all the support that you have given me. Whether it has been through attending a divisional, crafting, or eating the cookies I bake. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed working alongside each and every one of you! Thank you all so much! A great place to donate would include homeless shelters, police stations, and relief shelters. Shoveling! Either when you are at home or at school, elderly people within your community always need help with the winter weather. Checking in on them when the temperature turns cold, or helping shovel their walk when the snow builds is a great way to help out.
