RENEWAL

Most infrastructure has a life span and it is inevitable that such infrastructure will need to be replaced or upgraded at some point.

Neo have undertaken many renewal projects, brownfield projects that require a high detail ofmanagement associated with infrastructure renewal within already developed areas.

Renewal projects are more often than not located within urban areas and require much coordinationwith many stakeholders to minimise disruption and user unrest. Neo’s ability to plan and prepare as well as take the lead coordination role has seen thecompany selected to deliver many urban renewalprojects throughout the state.

RURAL & REMOTENeo’s internal construction management team have amassed many years of remote construction experience and the company understands the constraints associated with such work. Our ability to resource remote projects and manage them with the same professionalism we manage all of our projects has led to a significantincrease in our rural commitments.

Quality control and safety and environmental management are key drivers on all Neo jobs both rural and urban. The company has gained a reputation as a leader in self-management and we strive to lessen the burdenon the client. This ability is particularly important inremote locations as distance is often an encumbranceon the clients’ availability.

Neo’s commitment to servicing remote and rural areas of the state is backed up by the company’s capitalinvestment in plant and people for this growing sectorof the company. Our intent is to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for our clients rather than having to rely onmultiple contractors. Whether its concrete construction, asphalt sealing, pavement construction, stormwaterinfrastructure or earthworks we have the resources totake all civil works on without reliance on subcontractors.

In November 2017 Neo made a commitment to expanding the company into regional areas of South Australia. Our focus was to provide potential clients an alternative to the ‘norm’ by presenting a contractor that can deliver a diverse scope of works with anexperienced, innovative management team.

We saw an opportunity to offer regional clients a small to middle tiered contractor not overhead rich or corporately driven, but one that has a more handson approach, proactively focussing on the projectintent and the best way to achieve it.

Neo opened the Mid North Regional office in Clare in 2018 following the success of lead in projects in the region and to date have delivered an impressiveportfolio of works via this office.

Neo’s long term regional business plan is focussed on providing the client with a ‘One Stop Shop’ minimising the reliance on multiple subcontractors and reducing the clients overall management and programming input.
