Clarke’s Design & Construct came about from a vision I had many years ago.

I’d been working in the industry since 1989 in various roles and identified that clients weren’t getting what they wanted. Poor advice from designers and builders meant clients were often faced with a large debt at completion and in some cases left to manage the projects themselves.

That’s why we started Clarke’s Design & Construct and we’re proud to say we’ve set up a one-stop-shop. One company that can meet all your construction needs from beginning to end, one point of call for our clients, providing peace of mind and freeing up their valuable time.

Clarke’s Design & Construct specialise in commercial and industrial construction and have been operating on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane since 2000.

From design to completion, we expertly manage the entire construction process. Our team liaises with local councils on our clients’ behalf to obtain development and building approvals, including the final Certificate of Classification prior to handover.

We have assembled a professional team of experts to manage each project comprehensively. Our award winning designers and builders are backed by an experienced team that have been working together for over a decade. Our core group of builders complete the majority of work in-house, ensuring total quality control of your building to our exacting standards.

Construction costs are minimised as our designs are completed in-house in consultation with our building experts. This enables us to make certain each project is designed cost-effectively from a construction point of view, while still achieving the clients’ vision and minimising overall project costs.

Clients can be assured that our proposal and pricing includes everything required to get the project completed. If changes are made and cost implications arise, the price is reviewed and agreed upfront before any additional work is started.
