Our Construction team uses a project End to End process whereby the Basis of Estimate is delivered by the Bid team to the Construction team by Pronamics Project delivery system.
The projects Quality in Delivery, Reporting, Compliance and Client satisfaction are paramount and underpinned by Pronamics inherent capability to accurately report and monitor project data on a daily basis.

Suffren Group’s Environmental Officers are IEACA qualified and experienced in the compilation and execution of ‘Construction Environment Management Plans’ (CEMP) and ‘Erosion and Sediment Control Plans’ (ESCP). These plans are inclusive of flora/fauna pre-commencement surveys and identification. An important criteria is fauna spotting and handling, as well as flora exclusions. Pest removal and handling, topographical rehabilitation and stabilisation, liquid waste and contaminated soil management are also included.
The QHSE IMS overlays environmental principles and allows project specific variations to the process steps. Quality assurance standards are tailored to meet the projects requirements.

Suffren Group own and operate an extensive fleet of plant which forms an important component of tailored services to clients. This also allows rapid mobilisation from anywhere in Qld and NT.
As part of Suffren Group’s quality assurance and safety procedures, the fleet undergoes regular maintenance and is operated by fully qualified and highly trained personnel. Suffren Group has the ability to acquire new equipment when required, ensuring clients receive a service equipped with the latest technology.
With the addition of dry hired plant, as projects require, Suffren Group has the flexibility to scale up and down to meet additional demands.

Suffren Group is committed to maintaining and protecting the environment through sustainability. This is shown by their involvement and ownership of Recovered Resources Australia (RRA). RRA produces a product which is a derivative of cotton trash. This is worked over to enable emulsification and conversion into a 100% organic compost. This product has large scale uses within the civil construction industry for rehabilitation activities.
For even more effective results with soil stabilisation and conditioning, this product can be used in conjunction with gypsum.
Suffren Group stocks gypsum, lime and compost at it’s field based facilities. These products are supplied in bulk quantities to major contractors within local areas.
Suffren Group’s quarry materials are supplied to field operators, local municipalities, state government procurement and gas field projects. The products quarried are sand and road base [CBR35].

Suffren Group have a hub 10 min outside Roma on 50 acres. The site contains 2 laydown areas, maintenance facilities and the Roma administration hub. The Roma gas field is serviced from this centre.

Suffren Group Pty Ltd purchased 150 acres inclusive of airstrip and quarry. Suffren Group run a 40 man camp situated on the north western edge of the Santos Fairview field on the Fairview Rd. The camp also houses the administration for the zone inclusive of the Project managers, QHSE managers, Accounts and Administration. A fully stocked and fitted out service bay staffed by 3 permanent fitters ensures all Suffren Group plant is field ready and the maintenance standards as dictated by our IMS are adhered to and subject to external audit.

The Fairview camp has a 5 acre and 2 acre laydown where Suffren Group store larger Materials items for reactive call outs and Plant and Equipment park ups. The 2 acre Laydown is associated with the Maintenance facility to act as a queuing yard for service work. Suffren Group rent out Laydown space to various field operators.
The property was purchased with a fully operational quarry. The quarry materials are supplied to field operators, Local municipalities, State government procurement and Santos projects in the field. The product we quarry is road base [CBR35]. Recent projects the materials have been used on are the CS2 Rd stage 1 and PCS Rd upgrades.
With the tyranny of distance, due to the spread of the projects, businesses and administration hubs is a disabler Suffren Group have overcome via the purchase of own light aircraft. Further the regionalised and state based group of companies makes use the aircraft. Suffren Group carry out site visitation on a periodical basis and in reactive situations where attendance isn’t scheduled we can be on site quickly to effectively resolve any situation.

Suffren Group have a Hub located 20 minutes south of Katherine.
This is the head quarters for the Northern Territory operations which reaches to all corners of the NT.
Specialising in remote civil works, the hub contains the management offices and extensive workshop, laydown and accommodation facilities.
The company aeroplane is mostly utilised from Katherine for access to the remote projects for site visitations and urgent deliveries of parts or other items.
