Canyon Ranch Clubhouse, Village Center approach completion

Families who have moved in to their new homes in Canyon Ranch will soon enjoy the community’s common areas as developer Century Communities Corporation expects to complete the Clubhouse and Village Center in the next few weeks.

The multi-level Clubhouse will include a gym, a game room, a Multi-Purpose Hall, viewing decks, lap and kiddie pools, a covered basketball court, and yoga and Tai-chi areas. The completion is expected in May.

The four clusters of the Village Center on the other hand is envisioned to house commercial outlets, boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Exterior painting for Village Center 1 has just started, while interior painting is almost complete in Village Center 2. Village Center 3, the first to be completed, is being readied for tenants while construction is in full swing at Village Center 4.

Phase 2 of Canyon Ranch, which holds The Casitas, is now complete with four clusters: A,B,C and D.

These townhouse-type residences provide a breathtaking view of Canyon Ranch’s third phase, The Moderno, where land development is in progress.

A model home for the Orlando is also being completed to give buyers and homeowners an idea of how the Moderno community will appear as a distinctly-designed development from the California ranch-inspired homes of the first two phases.
