Need to support distance, hybrid, continuing studies courses: off-campus learners need better tools.

AODA legislation and need to improve accessibility of our tools.

Clear, simple, standardized UI

Need to maintain simplicity and 90% faculty adoption rate of the old LMS.If it is ugly, they will not trust or use it.
