planning priorities bred in an era that was gripped by great collective

delusions about limitless growth.”- peter droege, 2006

the economic struggle faced in many smaller northeastern cities in the pastfew decades highlighted by jobs migrating to other ex-urban, national, andinternational markets will shift to a struggle for resources and need local

production for sustenance and prosperity.
