About our candlesSunbeam candles are crafted from the purest ingredients available. We source all our beeswax and certified non-GMO soy wax from U.S.-based beekeepers and farmers. Our scented candles are crafted with 100% pure essential oils (we never use synthetic fragrances).

We offer our aromatherapy candles in pure beeswax, our own beeswax/soy wax blend, soy wax (in tins), and a paraffin/palm oil blend of waxes. We also offer unscented beeswax and soy wax options. Pure beeswax burns beautifully and emits negative ions. Our beeswax line is extensive and includes hand-dipped tapers, votives, pillars and a variety of specialty shapes. For the perfect gift, we offer pillars and tins with custom labels. Please consult our price list to view your custom label options.

• Quantity discounts apply to orders of a single candle type/size/color/scent. No mixing.• We ship carbon-neutral through UPS, so we cannot ship to P.O.Boxes. Please include street address for shipping.• FOB: Ithaca, NY. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of packed boxes, so they cannot be estimated before shipment.• Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax will be added at time of shipment.• We ship stock items within three business days.• Custom, Personalized, and large quantity orders require a minimum of three weeks lead time once all signed approvals

have been received.• Custom, Personalized, and large quantity orders require a deposit of one-half the cost of the order total is required, with the

balance (plus shipping and any applicable sales tax) due when order is shipped.• A 15% restocking fee plus any Custom and Personalized Label fees will be applied to all unauthorized returns or cancellations

that occur after a shipment is boxed for shipping.• No returns on Custom Color candles. Deposit is required before production begins.• Damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt. any applicable sales tax) due when order is shipped.• $25.00 color formulation charge for first time orders of a custom color.• Custom Color orders require a minimum of three weeks lead time.• Custom colors are available only in soy wax 3" x 6" and 3" x 4" pillars.• Supply Pantone swatch or physical sample of color desired. We will match it as closely as possible within the limitations of wax dyes.• We will send a sample wax color proof for approval.
