He is extremely likable and personable, I felt like he came across extremely well when I interviewed him. He was eager to tell me his previous key achievements and prove his commercial acumen. He is a very confident finance business partner was enthusiastic when describing his examples of where he has influenced senior stakeholders and worked closely with non-finance heads of departments.
