Our body’s lymphatic system is part of our Immune System and is responsible for management of extracellular fluid. Damage or surgical removal of lymph nodes, especially after breast surgery, can lead to accumulation of fluid in the arms. If Lymphedema goes undiagnosed, unmanaged or is left untreated, it can become an irreversible condition affecting quality of life and physical appearance. Lacey Drug Company is proud to introduce L- Dex Lymphedema Screening. L-Dex technology assists your physician in clinically assessing and diagnosing lymphedema 4-10 months earlier than with other methods. For more information about L-Dex Lymphedema Screenings, call 770-324-5306.
