    Spontaneous remissions

there is no explanation for the phenome-non of 'spontaneous remission'; not sofrom the psychosomatic viewpoint.

Psychosomatic recognition processesshould not however be the sole meansof choice when it comes to cancer suffe-rers. Everything medically possibleshould of course also be done. Cancereats up time, and this is necessary inorder to and get to the root of the causati-ve psychic problems and blockages. The leading radionics company MTECrecently brought out a psychosomaticmodule as an addition to its Quantecdevice, which is based on my approachof holistic psychosomatics. This type ofinformation medicine, which makes useof energy transmission methods not yet

I wouldnaturally be gratified if the comprehensi-ve body-soul relationship on which mywork is based were to form the foundati-on for a forward-looking direction in medi-cine.

  • How can this be posi-tively influenced?

This can be combined withany form of therapy

Jeanne Achterberg of theUniversity of Texas, who hasalso published many suc-cessful studies with CarlSimonton on the subject of'Visualisation methods forthe treatment of cancer',was able to confirm anddemonstrate that patientsare able to influence indivi-dual fractions of the whiteblood count mentally in therequired direction . The fact

that such an influence by mental proces-ses is possible at all has also since beenconfirmed at universities by faculties ofpsycho-neuroimmunology.

Why not therefore visualise and mental-ly influence the secretion of these angio-genesis factors, while simultaneouslyblocking the corresponding receptors ofthe arteries? This is fundamentally pos-sible with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Pro-gramming) and corresponding affirma-tions. In addition to the psychosomaticinterpretation, the software of the above-mentioned QUANTEC device is alsoable to provide good support to thera-pists in this respect, supplemented furt-her by individual therapy suggestions, which are determined in accordancewith the Jungian synchronicity principle.

Nor is this an either/or situation. The can-cer represents the end of a causal chain, and must be treated as a symptom, butonly to give the patient the necessarytime to overcome the underlying, causa-tive, psychic problem. Only then is hea-ling in the true sense possible. Cancertherapy without overcoming the cause isgreatly impeded in its effectiveness fromthe very beginning. This is confirmed inan impressive way by the low probabilityof survival of the various cancer disea-ses. It is now the time to explore newways.

which secrete these factors. Physiologi-cally this makes sense, when childrengrow up; the growing organs and parts ofthe body are thereby supplied by the gro-wing arteries with oxygen and otherimportant substances via the blood.

Tumours can nourish themselves by dif-fusion only up to a diameter of one milli-metre; after this point, their growthdepends on whether they succeed incausing surrounding arteries to growinto them, thereby providing an adequa-te blood supply. To do this, tumourssecrete angiogenesis factors, whichthen come into contact with matchingreceptors on the outer lining of the bloodvessels. The arteries then throw outbranch capillaries, which subsequentlygrow towards the growth factors conti-nually being secreted (see Fig. 1).

Almost all tumours form necrotisedareas during their growth; In the case ofaggressively-growing tumours in parti-cular, maintaining an adequate supply isa real problem. It is therefore touch andgo at several stages during the develop-ment of most tumours, as to whetherthey can solve this problem or not.

Most tumours die off of theirown accord
