CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS (all deposits apply toward trip fee)

• Full refunds on deposits are issued if cancellations occur 45 days prior to departure; otherwise, a $50 refund of the $100 deposit will be issued

• A refund of 50% (of total trip fee) is issued if cancellations tht occur 20 days or less, prior to departure. No refund will be issued for cancellations that occur 5 days prior to departure

SAN FRANCISCONFU CONVENTION

Day 1 • Leave ND for Lusk, WY • Group Supper

Day 2 • Travel from WY to Grand Junction, CO

Day 3 • Depart for Ghost Rock View Area ending the day in Las Vegas

Day 4 • Leave for the Ranch at Death Valley and Furnace Creek Visitor Center to continue onto Bakersfield

Day 5 • Depart for Hearst Castle and Elephant Seal Rookery ending the day in Monterey

Day 6 • Leave for Bird Rock Lookout, proceed to Lone Cypress Tree, adventure to Pebble Beach Visitor Center, Carmel-by-the-Sea, depart for Bixby Bridge lookout, spend the afternoon at Cannery Row and Monterey Bay Aquarium

Day 7 • Ag tour at Pezzini Farms, exploring in Gilroy, depart for San Francisco

Day 8 • City Tour, Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39 shopping, followed by Alcatraz Tour

Day 9 • Golden Gate Bridge, two Sonoma wineries and tastings • shopping

Day 10 • NFU Convention – Hyatt Regency

Day 11 • NFU Convention – Hyatt Regency

Day 12 • NFU Convention – Hyatt Regency

Day 13 • Depart for West Wendover, NV

Day 14 • Depart for Douglas, WY

Day 15 • Depart for Beautiful North Dakota
