REASONS TO JUSTIFY THE APPOINTMENT OF EMIR RAMI
TO THE OFFICE OF THE HEAD OF THE INSTITUTE FOR RESEARCH OF
GENOCIDE CANADA{IRGC}
The main reasons to appoint Emir Rami, M.A. to the office of the
Head of the
IRGC are his scientific and professional competencies, his
humane and moral virtues. Mr.
Rami has Masters degree in Political Sciences and he has
participated in the researches
of crimes against humanity and international law in the
territory of Prijedor, in the capacity
of the associate of the Institute for the Research of Crimes
Against Humanity and
International Law of the Sarajevo University. Mr. Rami is
currently working on his
doctoral dissertation, which is directly related to these
matters, which makes him qualifiedand competent to perform the
office of the IRGC Head. Mr. Rami has proven himself
during the so far researches and studies as a serious and
responsible scholar, who
conscientiously and responsibly fulfils his research tasks in
accordance with the Code of
Ethics and demands of these matters. What additionally
recommends him for this position
is the fact that he himself is a victim of genocide.
Thereby, it is our pleasure to appoint Emir Rami, M.A. to the
office of the IRGCHead.
