We now have over 200 delegates registered and the closing date is Sept 12 th . Here are the Conference links such as the Victoria Conference Centre and adjacent Conference Hotel the Fairmont Empress Hotel. The Icebreaker and early registration start Sunday evening Sept. 16 th at 18:00 in the Empress Tea Room Lobby and ends at 20:00. The conference registration starts at 07:30 Monday, Sept. 17 th . For the evening reception, the busses leave for the BC Ferries HQ at 17:45 with the reception starting at 18:00. On Tuesday morning Sept. 18 th we will visit the BC Ferry MV Coastal Celebration. The busses will leave hotel at 07:00. Coffee and tea is available from 06:30. The Gala Dinner will be held at Church and State Winery where we will also be treated to a Wine Tasting event. Busses will leave at 17:15 PM sharp from the Totem Lounge on Tuesday Sept. 18 th . Again please note there as chance to do a round of Golf on the Cordova Bay Golf Course starting at 09:30 Sept. 19 th . We wish you all attending a wonderful experience. Dear Member and Colleague,

The 2012 Conference is only three weeks away. We now

have over 200 delegates registered and the closing date is

Sept 12th.
