Purpose
The purpose of this Final Report Questionnaire is to identify the results and impact of project activities
completed, as well as client satisfaction, related to Canadian Agricultural Partnership cost-share funding for
producers. Responses will not impact your final claim; however, to receive funding under the Canadian
