In the ‘GREAT GAME’…Wild Cards are the ‘WMD’ of unfolding
history
‘Who’ or ‘What’ is the dealer may be unknown until, even, after the Wild Card is dealt
When, and how many times, a Wild Card will be dealt, are always unknown.
Wild Cards are not
- emerging issues, or- weak signals, or- the reason for thinking ‘outside the box’,
or- necessarily ‘wicked problems’.
