Hoi Polloi’s line-up consists of four guys and one lady:• Jim plays guitar and sings backup• Ken plays the bass and belts out a tune now and then• Jon is the tastiest singer/drummer you’ll ever hear• Reebs sings lead, plays keys, and acts as MC• Sue provides vocals, harmonies, flute, sax, & pianoHoi Polloi has packages that include cocktail-hour music, a DJ, a horn section, and stage lighting. Jersey’s Own Hoi Polloi has been entertaining since 1991, at weddings, private parties, and clubs all up & down the east coast.

The band is available in several configurations, each at a price that’s right for you. Here’s a list of our entertainment packages:• PACAKGE 1: “DEVINE ON A DIME”

Hoi Polloi plays your wedding in a 4-piece format. Gui-tar, Bass, Drums, and Keys will have everyone up and dancing at a price that is sure to please.

• PACKAGE 2: “THE MOTHER-IN-LAW’s DELIGHT” Hoi Polloi adds our lovely and talented female vocalist (who plays flute and sax too!) to create a 5-piece ensem-ble covering romantic and rockin’ hits that span the de-cades. Slow or upbeat, the guests are always on their feet.

• PACKAGE 3: “MATRIMONY MIX-A-LOT” If the bride wants a DJ and the groom wants a band, why choose? We can bring along a great DJ at a great price. And everyone is happy!

• PACKAGE 4: “HONEYMOON HORNS” If you really want to go for the gusto, Hoi Polloi offers a horn section to join the band for your big day.

Here’s answers to some frequently asked questions:

• How far in advance do we book? It all depends on our availability, but we book anywhere from 2 months to two years out. If you have a hall booked, give us a call. Ask about our no-fee “hold the date” option while you’re making an entertainment decision for your special day.

• How far do we travel? Though we’re based in North-ern New Jersey, Hoi Polloi has played up and down the east-ern seaboard, and as far west as Texas.

*No one in the band actually has the title of “entertainment counselor.” That would be silly. But we’ll be happy to work with you.
