CAN Furniture is trading brand of “CAN UCHTEHSPORT Bulgaria” Ltd., established in 1991 as the first private company in Bulgaria for manufacturing of school furniture and sport goods. Today the company produces over 8 000 items of furniture for public educational system, office buildings, hotels and home furniture.
“CAN UCHTEHSPORT Bulgaria” Ltd use tubular metal pipes, raw chipboard, laminated chipboard, MDF, powder coatings and other materials for it`s high quality furniture. Currently, the production facilities occupy over 8,000 m2. For the past two years the company has invested nearly € 400 000 in machinery and € 200 000 in storage, housing and secure accommodation. Most of the products are designed especially for the needs of the children considering their safety and comfort. The products are manufactured European and Bulgarian standards and norms.

Modern CNC machines guarantee the excellent quality of workmanship and performance even with the most diverse orders. The structures of the products are designed by experienced designers and engineers using ad-vanced software achieving high performance and precision.Currently “CAN UCHTEHSPORT BULGARIA” Ltd. employs over 100 people. The staff consists of highly qualified designers, technologists and engineers. The company’s products are distinguished by the ease of usage, reliability, durability and ergonomics. Workshop “Chipboards and panels” is equipped with compatible CNC machines – High-performance panel-sizing saw HOLZMA HPL 380, edge banding HOMAG KAL machine, WEEKE Venture. ORBITER and TURANLAR machines for edge banding curved details completes the machine park.

The software used in the machines allows optimization of all production operations and implements the standards for accuracy and efficiency. The digital connectivity of the machines in the production process line allows processing large amounts of panels faster, more economically and with greater flexibility. The unit “Metal details and constructions” is equipped with 5-axe bending and other machines for each operation and automated welding machines as well. They are employed in a assembly line and the technological process is separated into different operations synchronized between them. Metal parts used in furnitures are powder-coated in RAL colors.
