Twins On A Diet

• If you have one twin who gets to eat anything she thinks will help her lose weight, and another who is on a strict diet, who would be better off?

• Twins have identical DNA.• Twins eating patterns, however, vary very

differently when trying to lose weight.

Twin #2

• Twin 2 decides to wake up and eat a banana and granola. Then, once she is all fed, she goes outside to run and play around. Is this a good start to her day?

• Later that day, Twin 2 has some pecans. While Twin 1 is watching TV, Twin 2 is doing curl ups on the ground. Is Twin 1 or 2 having a healthier activity in the afternoon?

• Is Twin 2’s routine better then Twin 1’s?

Conclusion…..

• After the experiment, Twin 2 ended up losing more weight. This is because Twin 2 had good meals and snacks. She also was active instead of being lazy by sleeping and watching TV all day like Twin 1.

• We can conclude that you CAN’T lose weight while eating anything you want to. You have to follow a strict diet and get active regularly. Thank you and that concludes our experiment.
