for the department and college to come up with a more productive,
competitive and effective program for the students.11This study
presents the possible reasons on why they are graduates whos
unemployed and employed. The authors want to show the programs used
in providing AB Journalism graduates adequate skills to help them
for professional careers, but the program must be open to changes
that would effectively lead graduates for a better employment.
