Academics at Georgia Tech With six colleges and more than 35 degrees at Georgia Tech students have plenty of options to choose from. During this session, you will hear about the different areas of study and some of the core education require-ments.

Registrar and Transfer Credit Before students go to advising and register for classes, join the Office of the Registrar to learn about transfer credits and the necessary requirement for graduation.

Time for students to meet their academic advisors and other leaders from their academic major.

Register for your first Georgia Tech classes with the help of our Registration Assistance Center (RAC) and student leaders. Help with overloads and permits will be available, as well as representatives from Admissions, the Registrar, and various academic advisors.

Representatives from various campus departments will be available to answer questions and share information.
