• During the Third Quarter of 2011 the Ipsos Training Center (ITC) reached the following main achievements:

• New courses, both on Research Topics and on Leadership & Managerial Skills, were added to the ITC offer.

• Webinars for all Ipsos employees were hosted with Ipsos Open Thinking Exchange. Specific webinars for Marketing and ASI teams were also hosted.

• A first webinar for HR community (Strengthening Bonds within HR) was delivered.

• The ITC Webpage was updated with new content and a new curricula structure.

• World of learning with Ipsos, new campaign for clients, has started being promoted through our Account Managers and Directors within our clients.

• The first edition of ASI Newcomers program finished.

• All Marketing training courses were updated showing a consistent design.
