Programs & ServicesLearn to SwimOur new program will focus on the strengths and skills needed for swimming, and will help swim-mers of all ages develop and refine their skills. Classes will be held throughout the week and are divided by age and ability. Students will be assessed on the first day of classes.Costs:Group lessons: vary on class.Private lessons: 3 classes for $105
Safety SchoolEveryone is welcome!• School consists of classes such as: Lifeguard Certification, CPR/• AED for the Professional Rescuer, CPR/AED/First Aid for community and school
Family SwimSaturday and Sunday during open swim hours.
Anyone with a Montclair University ID is allowed•A maximum of 4 guests per member•$5 per guest•Ages: 4+ (No Diapers)•Noswimmiesorbubbles(onlyUSCGapprovedfloatingdevices)•
Available to host Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or Sundays 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at MSU’s Student Recreation Center! Offered to anyone over 5 years of age. Party consists of 1 hour pool time with lifeguards provided, 1 hour of party time with
organized games. (Food not provided)

Mind/Body Program
Have you ever wanted to do yoga, take a dance class, or maybe learn pilates? If so, then our Instructional Programs are for you. These non-credit instruction courses are progressive in nature and focus on experiential learning, skill building, mind-body wellness, and fitness. Classes are available throughout the year in various areas that include yoga and pilates.

Club Sports at MSU give students the opportunity to compete and practice on a competitive team that travels and plays against other schools/clubs. These Club Sports have no involvement with Varsity Athletics at Montclair State University. Each Club is self-supported and is overseen, sponsored, and advised by Campus Recreation. Club Sports currently offered at Montclair State University are Ice Hockey, Men’s Volleyball, Baseball and Ultimate Disc.
