4titude is the brain child of 8 IIM Nagpur graduates. Having worked with

the Career Development Services at IIM Nagpur and placing 400+

students, 4titude Consulting was formed.

The aim is to help and enable students in the present

competitive atmosphere to bag their dream job. 4titude helps students

in identifying the correct career path, building effective resumes and

LinkedIn profiles and preparing for interviews.

We believe that every individual is different and needs a

personalised solution. Our unique Kaizen methodology is especially

designed and crafted by our experts. Instead of one session, we

arrange several touch-up sessions and work with an individual

continuously - which translates to our Kaizen approach.

Our portfolios include every single step an individual needs to develop

their career along with a specialised Kaizen Program.
