Camping pitches and rental accommodation must be vacated by 12:00 noon. For later departure time please ask at Reception. For early departure please pay your account the night before departure.

After 12:00 noon you will be charged a half day fee up to 17:00. After 17:00 you will be charged a full day fee.

Ideal for those using their caravan occasionally. Pay vehicle storage fee and then the standard camping fee when you stay in the caravan. Please ask in Reception for information.

Taxi to Veliko Tarnovo is € 7 / 14.00 Leva per taxi. Payable in cash Leva to the taxi driver.

Please book in Reception and ask for a “Taxi Home Card” togive to the driver for the return journey to the campsite.

Campsite Code of Conduct

Music, TV and other noise must be keep to a minimum after23:00 and before 09:00.

Dogs must be controlled at all times. Please remove any dogwaste and put it in the bin.

The speed limit is 10 kph.

Always interact with site staff and other customers respectfully.

Please do not put up clothes lines. Use the clothes lines provided next to the shower block. Clothes lines are dangerous to site staff when using site machinery.

Put all rubbish in the bins provided. Loose rubbish on site attracts the wrong sort of wildlife!

Do not feed or encourage stray dogs or other animals.

Please report any damage to Reception so we can keep the campsite safe for you.

Grey waste water from a shower or sink can be drained into the waste drains with black plastic lids. The drains are NOT to be used for toilet waste as toilet chemicals will damage our natural ecological waste water system.

Black waste water from a toilet can be emptied at the Toilet Waste Point. Please ask in Reception to be shown where theToilet Waste Point is located.
