El beneficiario puede elegir libremente y según la disponibilidad promocional en el momento de realizar su reserva:
La fecha de ida y de vuelta: válido para volar cualquier día de la semana, incluido fin de semana y festivos según disponibilidad en la web*.
La ciudad de origen: válido volar con saídas desde todos los aeropuertos españoles, excepto Islas Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla y Azores.
La ciudad de destino: válido para aeropuertos nacionales, europeos y de Marruecos.
La reserva es online y recibe en el mismo momento en su email el localizador de vuelo y billete electrónico para embarcar.
El Check-in online debe realizarlo accediendo a la web de la compañía aérea de la que ha recibido su billete de vuelo.
*Es necesario tener en cuenta que en época vacacional la disponibilidad puede verse reducida debido a la gran demanda y ocupación de vuelos. Aconsejamos realizar su reserva con la máxima anticipación posible.

Las saídas son válidas desde aeropuertos de l país de origen donde se realiza la promoción.
El check- in online no tiene coste s i el usuario lo realiza a través de la web de la compañía aérea con la que vuela, y debe realizarlo ac cediendo a la web de
la compañía aérea de la que ha recibido su bil lete de vuelo.
El usuario no puede exigir un destino concreto , ni fecha determinada de ida o vuelta, pudiendo elegir solo los destinos y fechas disponibles para esta
promoción que aparecen en la web, en el momento de realizar la reserva.
La disponibi lidad promocional es online y cambiante, según el volumen de las reservas que se estén realizando por los usuarios en cada momento en la promoción y según las reservas que realizan las propias compañías aéreas y las agencias de viajes . Válido para volar cualquier día de la semana, incluido
fin de semana y fes tivos según disponibil idad promocional en la web.
Si el usuario prefiere otros vue los o fechas no disponibles en la promoción, podrá realizarlos con los extras que se le ofrecen en la web durante el proceso
de su reserva y pagando el suplemento correspondiente.
Durante el proceso de la reserva en la web el usuario podrá elegir servicios adicionales; reserva de hoteles , maletas adicionales, seguro de viaje (… ), así
como pasajeros adicionales que disfrutarán de descuentos exclusivos, pagando el suplemento correspondiente que se muestra durante el proceso de
la reserva.
Una vez confirmada la reserva, no se admitirán cance laciones o recti ficaciones en la web, teniendo que realizar cualquier cambio directamente con el departamento de atención al cl iente de la compañía aérea del vuelo elegido y según sus condiciones.

Tenga en cuenta que: Número de Reserva = Referencia de la reserva = Número de
confirmación = Localizador
Si tiene que indicar sus apellidos, indíquelos exactamente igual que figura en su reserva.
Los clientes se pueden asignar un asiento de forma gratuita si la facturación online se hace
entre los 7 días y 2 horas antes de cada vuelo reservado. Es muy importante que lleve
impresas sus tarjetas de embarque.
